HOW COULD MY OWNER DO THIS TO ME??

Some poor poor  animals somethings some peopel do to some animals is amazing I don't mean animal crulty that's a diffrent thing but some things some owner's do to their pets must be very emarrasing for them puting a bow in a boys hair I have a dog and we put his hair up  because he has loung hair but when we do he justs rolls around on the floor and after awile hes got it out so its clear he dose not like it but tell me from the pictures below should people be put in jail for doing this to ther pets or do you think its cute?
